ITINERARY
Day 1: Cusco – Zone X & Temple of the Moon
We will pick you up from your hotel around 8.30 am, or at an alternatively decided time.
Near the Saqsaywaman archaeological site, we start our guided horseback riding tour, approximately two hours on horseback, although altogether this tour is 3 – 4 hours.
On this interesting tour will get to visit the archeological centers of Kusilluchayoc, the Templo de la Luna (Temple of the Moon), and there is also Zone X (Lanlacuyoc) a site with natural and made tunnels into the carved / cut rocks. This place has three levels, and long ago formed a type of pyramid.
This is a good option even for inexperienced riders. The guide will demonstrate basic riding and safety instructions prior to commencing.
After finishing the tour, we transport you back to your Cusco hotel in our private van.
